Saint Gaudens Tile // May 2008

Saint-Gaudens Tile creates custom designed bronze tiles, bronze liners, bronze hardware, handmade ceramic tile, art glass tile, and glass mosaic tile.

We worked with Saint Gaudens to create a visually elegant design that matched their style and vision. It was also important to showcase the tiles in a way that allowed customers to compare one tile to the next. So we created a solution that dynamically resizes each tile image to a certain percentage based on its dimensions. Because each tile comes in a variety of choices, we also created custom sorting options and the ability to view certain tiles in additional color choices. To accomplish some of these more complex tasks and to manage the rest of the content on the site, we once again relied on ExpressionEngine and its never-ending flexibility.
